Refund policy

We offer a 15-day return period. If you would like to request an exchange or a refund, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your item so we can review your case. All requests will be subject to inspection of the item’s condition, and exchanges or refunds will be issued at the company’s sole discretion. Additionally, customers will not incur any extra charges, such as shipping or handling fees, for returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if there is any defect, damage or incorrect item, contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not returnable, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items or gift cards.

Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will contact you to let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and release the refund.
